  • Kristin first blended her love of mountain ski country and sales in middle school while selling coupon books to raise money to go on a ski trip to Breckenridge, Colorado, and she has skied in Summit County every year since 1990. It was in 2007 that Kristin left her home state of Texas and moved to Colorado for the outdoor lifestyle of the mountains and for real estate opportunities.

  • Talisha Spoelman’s connection to Colorado runs deep. Born and raised in the state, she has spent her entire life surrounded by the beauty of the Rocky Mountains, a view she never tires of and one of the many reasons she’s made this place her lifelong home.

  • Leanne has been working in the real estate industry since 1984.   She has been a trainer for 3 National home builders, including opening locations, training the onsite sales team, training personality testing, all aspects of brokerage management, residential sales, HUD training.
