When I finally decided to make Denver my permanent home, I was lucky enough to get Kristen's phone number. When we first met she asked all about my musts in a house and my desired location and off we went! She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods I was looking in as well as the types of houses I was interested in buying. We would walk through each house and Kristin would explain potential issues that would need to be looked at and/or resolved after a sale. She also is great at seeing the potential in a house and offered up tips on renovation ideas. After we found my now house and were negotiating terms, Kristin insisted that I get a sewer scope (old Denver sewer pipes are made out of clay apparently). That was the best advice ever since it was discovered that the whole sewer line from the house to the city sewer needed to be replaced, which the seller repaired as part of the house sale. And that is what Kristin does...looks out for your best interests as well as your wallet! I bought my house exactly a year ago, I have to say that my house is one of the loves of my life. I adore my neighborhood and am great friends with my neighbors. Thank you so much Kristin!!
