Rivercrest Acres

Mineral County Neighborhood Map

I’ve spent a lot of time exploring neighborhoods around South Fork and Mineral County, and Rivercrest Acres is one of those spots that sticks with you. It’s peaceful, tucked just far enough away to feel like a retreat, but still close enough to town that you’re not giving up convenience.

The lots out here are big—most over an acre—so you’ve got room to breathe, build, or just enjoy not having neighbors right on top of you. The views are what really get me though. You can catch 360 degrees of mountain scenery on most days, and if you're lucky, some wildlife wandering through the yard.

If you love being outside, you’re in the right place. The Rio Grande River is nearby and offers some of the best fly fishing around. Wolf Creek Ski Area is an easy 30-minute drive, and there’s no shortage of trails or forest access if you’re into hiking, biking, or hunting.

South Fork is just a quick drive down the road, and you’ll find good food, friendly locals, and everything you need for day-to-day life. And if you need more? Alamosa is just over an hour away and has a regional airport.

Whether you’re thinking about building your forever home, a vacation cabin, or just looking for a quiet spot to park your boots, Rivercrest Acres is worth a look. Give me a shout if you want to check it out—I’d love to show you around.

If you’re curious about living in Rivercrest Estates—or anywhere in the Creede area—I’d love to be your guide. Whether you're looking to buy, build, or just explore what's possible, I’m here to help you find the place that feels like home.
